These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kanbans.free (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service to create boards, cards, and related content for personal or business project management. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Anonymous boards
Boards created without an account are reachable by anyone who has the board's share link. Do not put confidential information on an anonymous board. Anonymous boards may be removed after a period of inactivity.
3. Accounts and teams
When you sign up you create a workspace. You may invite others to collaborate. Account owners and admins can manage members and content within their workspace. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: uploading unlawful or infringing content; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to send spam or malware. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, back up, and display that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
6. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important (you can export any board to CSV).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanbans.free and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
