Transactional emails are delivered through Postmark, our email provider. We send only the emails needed to operate your account (for example, team invitations and password resets). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our hosting and email providers), and when required by law. Content you share within a workspace is visible to other members of that workspace, and anonymous boards are visible to anyone with the link.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
